1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access, register on, or interact with the ft99 online betting and gaming platform ("the Platform"), operated under international licensing. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You accept that these Terms may be updated periodically and that continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ft99. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and not acting as a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purpose of gambling.
• Online sports betting and casino gaming is not prohibited or restricted in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly illegal under local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of ft99, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from ft99 or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.

ft99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on ft99. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are required to:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Provide a valid mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Set a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. ft99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. You must notify ft99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4 KYC Identity Verification

ft99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All players must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC may also be required at the time of account registration or at any point during the account lifecycle at ft99's discretion.

Accepted identity documents for KYC verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Bangladesh
• Valid Passport (any nationality)
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (front and back)
• Birth Registration Certificate (for supplementary age verification only)

In addition to identity documents, ft99 may request proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within the last 90 days) and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number).

ft99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and freeze account balances during the KYC review period. If a player fails to provide the required documents within 30 days of the request, ft99 may close the account in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ft99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• ft99 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during support hours (8am – 2am BST, UTC+6), subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made.
• ft99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player within 15 minutes of submission; after this window, the request cannot be reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ft99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, expiry dates, minimum odds conditions, and game-type restrictions. These specific terms are displayed on each promotion page and form part of these overall Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on ft99:

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• If a withdrawal request is made before a wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and all related winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
• ft99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, matched betting at low risk across multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation, account closure, and forfeiture of related winnings.

Players who participate in seasonal promotions (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL tournament offers) are subject to the individual promotion terms in addition to these general rules.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ft99's sportsbook are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are published in the dedicated rules section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the platform and a bet ID has been assigned. Bets in a "pending" state due to connectivity issues are not considered placed until confirmed.
• ft99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a market error, technical fault, or clearly incorrect odds were displayed at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. ft99 may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice, including during significant in-play events.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market before bet placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon settlement.
• ft99's trading team has final authority on the settlement of all sports betting markets. In cases of dispute, the platform's official records constitute the definitive record.

8 Casino & Games Policy

ft99's casino offers live dealer tables, slots, and crash games sourced from licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. All games are operated in accordance with the game providers' own rules, which are displayed within each game interface.

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). ft99 does not interfere with or influence game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a stream interruption mid-round, the affected bet will be settled in accordance with the game provider's interruption policy.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ft99 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on ft99 (multi-accounting).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or incorrectly priced markets — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ft99 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ft99 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Responsible Gaming

ft99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain healthy boundaries around their gaming activity. Gambling must be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ft99 players free of charge:

ft99's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their ft99 account in that same calendar month. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ft99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ft99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, security, or regulatory reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ft99 platform, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal process.

For disputes relating to individual bets, game outcomes, or transaction processing, the following process applies:
